This was originally a freelance role which turned into a full-time Global roll. In my time at Hotels.com – I oversaw and manage the APAC region for all User Experience and Creative Design. I attend and assist on all Customer User Testing for the Asia Pacific Region and project manage the work flow for the UX & UI Department (using Agile Kambam & SCRUM methodology). I dealt directly with external stakeholders, User Experience Leads, Product Management, Senior Management and the Development team to deliver all requirements on a timely release. This role was based both full time in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong.
